That’s just super

Published by Kim under Modeling

Another pic from another shoot from a little while ago…

CLICK for the full session.

Note that the “IMG” images, including those really nice B&W ones at the beginning are Jennifer’s.

Oh, and here’s an amusing little thing that I stumbled upon… answer a few questions and this site will tell you what Super Hero you’re most like.

I feel special.

Take the Which Super Hero are You? quiz.

On a totally different note, both Jennifer and myself have been accepted into the WPJA. More info on that is available on the news page of the Newfoundland Wedding site.

Thanks for coming… Good Night!

Food!

Published by Kim under Commercial

I’ve had a chance to store and review some old work lately and have come upon some pictures that were forgotten about. Good blog fodder I thought.

I had a chance to try something different a while back. Here’s a few shots that I did for a local chef that will be appearing in an upcoming issue of Saltscapes Magazine.

Food.

More Food.

Warm but windy

Published by Kim under Newfoundland

It’s a beautiful night in St. John’s (8C in December!) so we popped out for a drive. Plus, I needed an excuse to play with a new bit of camera gear.

A Christmas Carol

Published by Kim under Family

From CBC’s reading last night of A Christmas Carol at Gower Street United Church.

Welcome from Ted Blades

Karl Wells brings it home

There was a newbie this year - Jonathan Crowe. As is true for all readers, he did a great job.

It’s not Christmas without…

Published by Kim under Newfoundland

I’m hoping to get a few shots tonight. We’ll be going to the reading of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol that CBC does each year. This is a fun event that we’ve been attending for several years now - the music by Cantus Vocum is always spectacular, and it’s for a great cause - the proceeds go to the Community Food Sharing Association.

Although they don’t seem to have a national radio personality scheduled this time around, anyone who has been there before knows that it doesn’t matter - as long as Karl Wells is there. I can tell you one thing for sure… he’ll be reading last.

More here tomorrow.
