Down Town

Published by Kim under Newfoundland,Travel

I got a chance to go out and take a few scenic shots last week for the first time in what felt like FOREVER!
Hopefully we’ll make it past the overpass sometime in the near future.

I Heart Almonte

Published by Kim under Documentary,Travel

Well… if you were wondering, yes, I am still alive. I had a bit of a crazy weekend, two weddings and the red eye to Ottawa Sunday morning.

Now, what does this have to do with Rugby? I dunno… these were the first pictures i brought up from the weekend, my first attempt at sports photography, these guys were HARDCORE.

They were taken in a beautiful little town called Almonte where i photographed a music fetival by the name of Celtfest, so there’s lots.. lots.. more to come.

The Sun

Published by Kim under Newfoundland,Random Thoughts,Travel

Does anyone else remember that big yellow ball that use to show up at dawn on a semi-regular basis?

I’m getting depressed. All this rain and fog is turning me into a hermit.

Florida sea shells, bagpipes, weigh scales, yoga or something

Anyway I thought those pictures would help jog our memories… and perhaps provide a little artificial warmth.

Florida XII

Flowers of FloridaFrom one of the many botanical gardens that spot the Florida landscape.

When we returned to Newfoundland, I was a little disappointed to find we still had snow on the ground. Ugh.
